Cornell Hills, President
As president of TAA, Cornell brings more than 40 years of consulting, process implementation, and business management experience to enterprise transformation. He spent 20 years in leadership positions with IBM Consulting Services and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he worked with more than 100 commercial and federal government clients. His consulting career has encompassed a variety of industries including commercial, banking, legal services, civil, defense, and intelligence community accounts. After working for several large consulting firms, Cornell founded TAA in 2004 with the vision to help customers improve their organization and move it forward by focusing on technology implementation and insertion, business process, and organizational change services. While with TAA, he has helped clients become a more efficient and cost-effective partner and supporter of their mission.
Cornell received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Carleton College in Minnesota, which included a year studying Psychology at the Rheinische Friedrichs Wilhelm Üniversität Bonn in Bonn, West Germany. He passed the Arizona Bar after receiving his law degree from William Mitchell College of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota. He is also a member of SAG-AFTRA (Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists), and has appeared in several theater, voiceover and commercial projects.
Wanda Lund, Vice President
Wanda is a former government staff officer who possesses more than 28 years of professional experience working in the intelligence community. After working 16 successful years in the federal government, Wanda wanted to use her consulting and project management skills to help clients implement change and effectively utilize technology to streamline processes. In 2004, she joined Cornell Hills at IBM Consulting Services and worked with IBM as a senior consultant for six years. During this period, Wanda developed a strong desire to focus more of her efforts on serving the client and decided TAA – and its approach of focusing on clients and less on organizational activities – was the right fit for her. In 2010, she joined TAA Services, Ltd. and has continued her successful track record of implementing change to optimize human and fiscal resources.
Wanda received her Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York (SUNY) College at Buffalo.
chele Lewis, Business Office Manager/Director
chele retired from a 34-year career with the federal government in 2015 where she managed and led information technology programs and personnel. Soon after her retirement, chele came to work for TAA after working with us on a major change effort and technology implementation. In her role as TAA’s business office manager and director, she promotes the company’s overall effectiveness and success by providing day-to-day operational support to the company’s employees, subcontractors, and office systems.
chele earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA.
